Summer Build
I Worked on the construction of a Biomass Boiler House using experimental timber fabrication techniques - using timber not normally considered suitable for construction purposes. Working with the design team, internal staff and contractors on the fabrication and on site construction detailing. Gaining hands on experience of various construction practices from groundworks, construction and installation of form work, site carpentry, timber cladding systems and processing of timber for construction.
